Tom McGehee has worked globally

with businesses, nonprofits and ministries 

helping them use his

Results-based Conversations methodology

to fulfill their organizational mission.

 

 

Before entering business, Tom served for 12 years in the U.S. Marines including command of two Special Operations Units, as well as duties at Camp David and the White House.  After his service in the U.S. Marines, Tom was an executive with EDS and a Partner with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Seeing the Power of collaborative work changed the course of his career.
 

Organizations all over the world have one thing in common.

 They need to be able to do more together than they can as individuals.

 Sadly, few achieve their full potential.

 

Success is found when you create real ownership in others to achieve more together.

To me, this is real collaboration –  doing more together than you could individually.

Unleashing the full potential of individuals and teams has become my mission.

That’s why I developed Results-based Conversations.

 

 

My main focus is not to consult,
but to equip and enable organizations
with a process to have the best conversations so they can
to achieve more than they thought possible.
