Frequently Asked Questions about the Store

1. Can I purchase any product in the store?

No, some products may be viewable but not available for purchase, depending on your membership subscription or training you have completed.  See Question #4 below.

2. What payment types are allowed for purchases?

We currently allow any payment type supported by PayPal.

3. Do you store credit card information on your site?

No, all credit card information is managed by PayPal.

4. What levels of membership do you have on this site?

a. Subscriber – receives emails notifications of new blog posts, events, and products.  Access to selected resources. No charge for this level of membership.

b. RbC Facilitator – includes Subscriber benefits plus access to additional resources for RbC-trained facilitators.  Also receives discounts on specific products in the store.  This membership level is available for 180-days, at no cost, to those individuals completing RbC Training.  Annual renewable membership must be purchased and expires after 365 days.

c. RbC Trainers– includes Subscriber and RbC Facilitator benefits plus access to additional resources for RbC Trainers.  Also receives additional discounts on specific products in the store.  This membership level is available for 180-days, at no cost, to those individuals completing RbC Trainer classes.  Annual renewable membership must be purchased and expires after 365 days.

5. Do purchased materials have license restrictions?

Yes, many downloadable products are copyrighted and have usage restrictions.  In some cases downloads are watermarked to identify the specific purchaser, to discourage misuse.  Other products may have limits on the number of downloads or restrict the ability to print.

6. What do I do if I need to purchase through another method, other than Paypal?
